The great outdoors

Today's Peak was we went to my old bosses house. Tom has such a  cool house! Huge lake fishing quads tons of space to run and play. It is truly a dream place for the young and the old.

My Pit is I did not get much sleep. It was hard to watch the kids (plus and extra boy), drive and be patient on so little energy.

I Never want to  forget Jacobs awesome and I'm impressed and proud of him. He thought he was running in a sprint triathlon only to find out on the way up there he ran in an Olympic tri! I can not even begin to tell you how proud of him I am
After the run we headed to a little paradise in Snowflake know as Caldwell Canyon (aka Tom and Angie Caldwell's house). This place is awesome. Here are the boys with Tom catching a catfish. He was a fatty. I'm talking about the catfish NOT Tom!
He did it! His first Olympic tri 1 mile swim, 30 mile bike ride and 6.2 mile run. I am so proud of him. I would have died in the water.

Up in Show low today. Here are the boys waiting for their daddy's to finish their triathlon

What the heck just happened?

Today's Peak is simple but still makes me happy. I got lots of laundry done

Jacob is going to run in a Triathlon tomorrow. We drove up to Show low today. My Pit was traveling with little baby. Not that bad but still the pit if my day.

I NEVER EVER EVER WANT TO FORGET what craziness went down today. For lunch I made the boys watermelon, guac and some Top Romen with veggies. The boys gobbled down the whole thing then they wanted to drink the juice at the bottom (something I am sure they learned from my dad). I let them sip it through straws. Then out of now where both boys start barfing EVERYWHERE. When things get crazy I usually stat laughing so I am just laughing trying to help them. In between heaves Eli cries out MOM PRAY FOR US!! I about died. Where does he come up with this stuff.

Enjoying a yummy lunch of watermelon avocados and Top Ramen. Then they said, "hey Mom can we drink the watermelon juice?" They pulled out straws and down it went.

What the heck just happened? Right after I finished my last post I look over and I thought Eli was washing his hands but he was vomiting. Before I figure out what is going on I look back and Liam is vomiting all over teh floor! Now they are currently both barfing in my sink. I can not stop laughing because as Eli is vomiting he yells, "Mom pray for us!" I guess lunch wasn't that good.

Look at me I'm 3!

Today was Liam's big 3rd birthday and oh what a day it was. We had so much fun at his party last night we decided to party some more today. He woke up ran through his streams, had whatever he wanted for Breakfast (cereal...what else would he ask for?) Then for lunch we went to Chuckee Cheese and played games and had lunch. My peak was just celebrating this fun little boy. He has been such a fun addition to our family.

My poor dad had been through a lot with his cancer, and now he is dealing with this kidney stone thing. My Pit is my poor dad is sick again and I just hate seeing him so down.

I never want to forget that if you asked Liam how old he turned today he holds up 2 fingers and says he's 8.

"Eli run through it! Run through it! It's my birthday! I'm 8!'
Haha this kid cracks me up. Happy Birthday sweet boy. It has been an adventure!

"Mom I feel so good inside!" "Why Eli?" "Because I am being good! I feel happy!" I have never known someone with such a desire for righteousness.

Liam's Cowboy Party!

My Peak today comes from Liam's birthday party. When he is super happy sometimes it looks like he will explode with joy. When he is this happy he grabs your (hand, face, leg) whatever he can get his hands on and his kisses and squeezes you.

Pit Lilly would let me put her down totally freaking out. Which wasn't good because I had a lot to do to get ready for Liam's Cowboy birthday party.
I Never want to forget Liam is an amazing child he has so many talents and he makes everything better. His party today was also a blast. He loved riding the horses and seeing all the animals. He normally hates attention but today he really enjoyed it. Seriously this little guy died and went to heaven he was so happy.

This little boy turns 3 tomorrow. We celebrated today with a cowboy party . this is Liam on his first horse ride. He was so happy he was shaking with excitement.

This picture is my favorite from the night (one of my favorites ever). Liam was so happy a few times he would stop his hose ride or whatever fun thing he was doing and grab me and kiss me. He was so happy he couldn't hold it in. Jacob said he did it to him a few times too.

Summer movie fun! Crazy fun times. Good thing it's easier getting them here then it was to take this picture!

Few Pictures I missed

These are a few posts I didn't journal about but I did instagram...

Eli had his preschool performance yesterday. It was too cute. The teacher said Eli was a leader. If Eli was good the class was good. if Eli was bad the class was too. It's good too be a leader. I just need to make sure he's always leading in the good things.
This is why all my pictures are late recently. It has been trying to say the least. When Liam's sick no one gets a good nights rest.

Eli got his first trophy ever on Saturday. He has taken it everywhere. He also carries it around a stool to display it. Yesterday Jacob was looking busy (and maybe stressed) so Eli told him he could take it to work and when Jacob looked at it he should think of Eli. This kid makes everything awesome.

Liam has been asking where Papa was. We went to the hospital last night Liam was so happy. he hopped up n the bed with him and his world was right again. They just needed a western.

There are always ups and downs.

Today I made an appointment to go the gym I thought everything was fine until Lilly slept in and I didn't get to feed her. I was so sad when I thought I wasn't going to make it. Eli picked up on the sad and said mom I can't feed Lilly while you drive. My heart melted with his kind gesture. I thought I have to let him try. He is going to make a huge mess, but that was so kind of him. So I let him. He did an excellent job and he didn't even make a mess! My peak was how wonderful Eli made me feel today.

Today was the last day of sports class before the summer. I don't sign the boys up in the summer because we are so busy. So it was the Pit of my day the Liam had a melt down and refused to join the class.I love watching both of them play and work so hard. I hate the today he didn't enjoy himself.

I Never want to forget. Eli feeding Lilly. He is really the sweetest most thoughtful boy.

I don't know how I got so lucky to have this sweet boy. I am or was having a rough day and I got even sadder when I learned I wouldn't make my gym appointment because I had to feed sister. Eli with the biggest smile said, " Mom I can do that and you can drive." He did it and didn't even make a mess and he smiled the whole time. I started crying it was so sweet and kind.
