I have lots of helpers in my life.

Today's Peak was my work out. I had a crazy day and I was feeling discouraged. I really needed to get a good work out in to feel good about myself. I went to the gym and joined a cardio class. It was great and it really helped me feel better about my day and myself.

My Pit was this morning Eli locked my keys in my car.We were stuck at home all day. Then to top it off I couldn't find my spare so we were really starting to get nervous. Thank goodness for our Friend Rick and Marlo. They have Triple A and they called and a guy was able to unlock our car. They saved us so much time and money. I also and very thankful to my sister and Linda for helping me get Eli to and from school. Poor kid was having a heart attack he was so worried he was going to miss his school's fun swim party.

I Never want to forget   - be nice to Jacob. We're on the same team.Sometimes when Jacob and I are stressed we take our anger or frustration out on each other. Jacob is a great man I am very lucky to be married to him. I need to remember to speak kindly to him always. I know that we are on the same team and at the end of the day we want to reach the same goals.

Today we were going to do fun things and run errands. Then Eli locked Mommy's keys in her car that changed our plans. I guess I'll just wrestle and eat this blanket.
